I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids. I like to go scuba diving and hiking.
Why did you become a pilot?
I fell in love with ballooning when I started crewing for a friend. I had so much fun learning about ballooning, that I jumped right into training to be a pilot.
What do you find is the most challenging about flying a hot air balloon?
It is difficult to be patient when the weather does not allow you to fly when you want to.
Short description of something interesting that ballooning has allowed you to do?
Ballooning has allowed me to travel and make so many good friends along the way.
What do you most want the public to know/understand about hot air balloons and flying them?
Flying in a balloon is very peaceful. I don't love heights, but I can overcome that in a hot air balloon!
