Years Flying Balloons - 33

When you are not flying, what do you enjoy doing?

Cycling, playing hockey with son, vacations with family.

Why did you become a pilot?

Father started flying balloons in 1978, I’m second generation.

What do you find is the most challenging about flying a hot air balloon?

Organizing passengers.

Short description of something interesting that ballooning has allowed you to do?

Provide bucket list experiences for many passengers and make everyone feel happy and the adventure we get to enjoy as a pilot.

What do you most want the public to know/understand about hot air balloons and flying them?

The fear of heights is often nonexistent because the balloon rises and descends slowly and people often say it feels like the ground is moving away from you.
